Kyber LLC collects information you submit through public inquiry and CodeFlow intake forms so we can respond to your request, prepare a relevant pre-call brief, and discuss a potential pilot or service relationship.

Information collected

Public forms may collect organization name, contact name, role/title, email, phone, department, current workflow notes, priority needs, and message content. Do not submit sensitive active-case records or confidential municipal records through public demo or intake forms.

Use

We use submitted information for sales follow-up, pilot scoping, customer support, and internal operational tracking. Submitting a CodeFlow intake does not authorize SMS campaigns or outbound AI voice calls.

Sharing

Kyber does not sell public intake submissions. We may use operational vendors for CRM, hosting, payment processing, and communications where needed to provide the service.
